The Storm Prediction Center said there is a marginal risk for severe storms today for all West Alabama counties, except for a northern portion of Walker County.

Our coverage area counties include Bibb, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Lamar, Perry, Pickens, Sumter, Tuscaloosa, and Walker.

Timeline

The Townsquare Media Coverage Area of West Alabama will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for active weather.

Possible Threats

The main concerns with the system are damaging winds up to 60 mph and large hail up to quarter-size.
