Popular Menu Items Coming Back At Taco Bells In Alabama
I am really in shock.
Many of us have waited for these menu items to return to Taco Bell.
In fact, most of us can't understand why they were taken from us to begin with!
Ya know, a couple of things in life have a ton of nostalgia attached to them.
I believe they are music and food.
Music can take you back to a particular moment in time. However, food can do the same thing.
The smells and the first bite can transport you to another time and place.
After years of waiting, Taco Bell is bringing back some all-time favorites.
I got a message from a friend of mine who is the owner of some Alabama Taco Bell stores.
He knew this news would excite me and I would lose my mind. I'm sure I have already lost my mind.
But, anyway, here we go!
Starting October 31st, Taco Bells across Alabama are introducing the DECADES menu.
Taco Bell claims the "Decades" menu will feature fan favorites from the last 50 years.
The items that are returning include:
The MexiMelt from the '80s
The Green Sauce Burrito from the '70's
The Gordita Supreme from the '90s
But wait! There's MORE!
This is the point where things get really interesting.
Also making a triumphant return?
From the 2000s, THE CARAMEL APPLE EMPANADA!
Yes, you read that right.
The iconic caramel apple empanada is coming back to Taco Bell.
I know what you're thinking. How long will we have these items with us?
When will they be ripped away once again?
Officially Taco Bell says they will be here for a limited time.
What does that mean?
Who knows?
We better enjoy it while it lasts.
