The Storm Prediction Center has designated all 67 Alabama counties as being under a marginal risk. For those traveling for summer trips, a marginal risk is also in place for 19 additional states. Primarily, those who have been affected by the recent heat dome.

The primary concern with these storms is the potential for damaging wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
