- 3:00 before kickoff. Tennessee runs through the "T", and Alabama enters to a chorus of boos. Both teams have taken the field.

First Quarter

14:25 - Snap infraction (Parker Brailsford), second and 16 from the 19-yard line.

13:32 - Alabama QB Jalen Milroe fires incomplete to Emmanuel Henderson Jr. on the right sideline. James Burnip punts for 46 yards.

12:08 - Dylan Sampson fumbles the ball, and Jihaad Campbell recovers for Alabama on the Crimson Tide's 38-yard line. It was Sampson's first career fumble.

9:55 - Milroe fires over the middle to Ryan Williams, who makes an acrobatic catch for a first down. The game pauses for an injured Tennessee defender.

8:29 - Milroe dances in the pocket, evading pressure, and throws to a sliding Ryan Williams right at the first down marker. The pass is incomplete. Milroe looks nervous and needs to settle into the game with some easy completions. Burnip pins Tennessee back with a 36-yard punt to the Tennessee 14-yard line.

7:41 - Tennessee punts after going three and out.

3:42 - Milroe is picked off by Jermod McCoy, who returns it to the Alabama 46-yard line. Milroe was targeting Ryan Williams in the endzone.

1:51 - Tennessee misses the 53-yard field goal, the game is still scoreless. Alabama takes over with the football at their own 36-yard line.

11:10 - Gaston Moore enters the game for Tennessee's injured quarterback, Iamaleava. His pass is picked off by Alabama defensive back Malachi Moore and returned to the Tennessee 46-yard line.

9:18 - Alabama can't capitalize on the turnover by Moore, going backward thanks to a holding call, delay of game, and intentional grounding to punt from 4th and 33.

9:11 - Nico Iamaleava returns to the game for Tennessee, finding Bru McCoy for a 19-yard gain on first down.

7:16 - Jaylen Mbakwe picks off Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava, returning it to the Alabama 12-yard line. It's the second pick of Iamaleava's day against the Crimson Tide.

8:40 - Jalen Milroe is stopped one yard short of the first down marker, and James Burnip comes on the punt for the Crimson Tide. A 43-yard punt pins Tennessee back at their own nine-yard line.
