According to a release by the University of West Alabama, former Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough has joined Scott Chochran in Livingston as the Director of High School Relations.

"Continuing to build a strong and dynamic coaching staff is a top priority for us at the University of West Alabama, and we are thrilled to welcome Bo Scarbrough and Damion Square to our football family," said Head Coach Scott Cochran.

Scarbrough played running back at Alabama for three seasons, winning two national championships and playing in a third. Scarbrough totaled 1,512 yards rushing and 20 touchdowns during his time in Tuscaloosa. During his lone season as the starting running back, he rushed for 812 yards and 11 touchdowns.

"Bo's experience and passion for player development will be invaluable as our new Director of High School Relations," Cochran continued.

After Alabama, Scarbrough was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL draft, although he never played a snap for the Cowboys.

His two-year NFL career saw time with the Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks, rushing for 408 yards and one touchdown.

Scarbrough now joins a host of former Alabama players joining Cochran in Livingston.
