The journey into the world of radio began early for Chris King, as he his took their initial steps at WACT-AM during his high school years, serving as a news assistant. This early experience laid the foundation for a remarkable career in broadcasting. In 2004, Chris King found his home at WTSK & WTUG, where he graced the airwaves as an on-air personality and skillful board operator on weeknights and weekends, leaving an indelible mark until 2012. In 2016, Chris King embarked on a new chapter of his career, joining WMXB & WWPG as an on-air personality, bringing their magnetic presence and gospel expertise to a broader audience. Additionally, Chris King lent his talents to an online radio station, GPGR, further solidifying his reputation as a beloved voice in gospel radio. Academically accomplished, Chris King holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Master's degree in Public Administration, both earned from Troy University. These educational achievements reflect Chris King's commitment to excellence in his field.
