The holidays are winding down and we’re heading into the new year with a whole new schedule of films hitting theaters in 2015. January kicks us off with plenty of movie options to help you escape the winter blues, including anticipated releases like ‘Taken 3' and ‘Blackhat,’ as well as more action, adventure, and even a couple of family friendly releases. It's the holiday season, and what better way to spend your free time than with some new streaming goodies courtesy of Netflix Instant? Whether your curled up with your loved ones or best buddies, or settling in for some much-need you time, Netflix has some awesome new movies and TV shows headed to Instant this December—from new releases to titles you've been meaning to catch up with, tis the season for binge-watching.

A few days ago, the YouTube page for Universal Spain posted memorable footage of the cup of water vibrating from ‘Jurassic Park’ as a teaser for ‘Jurassic World,’ which seemed pretty curious. But today brings our first official footage from ‘Jurassic World’ in the form of a far more awesome teaser for the trailer, which will hit the web on Thanksgiving day. If that’s not something to be thankful for, what is?

First there was Chibatman, the Batman impersonator who rides around Japan on a replica of the Batpod from 'The Dark Knight.' Now there's Australian Batman Zac Mihajlovic, who rides around in a customized Batmobile built to replicate the one from Tim Burton's 1989 'Batman' film -- but this isn't just any Batmobile replica or any Batman impersonator. This vehicle is perfectly street-legal, and this Batman uses his persona to spread cheer to sick kids.

Even though we were told, once upon a time, that Disney and Pixar had no plans for 'Toy Story 4,' it seems that those plans have changed. After a series of short films that kept us up to date with the adventures of Woody and Buzz Lightyear and friends, Disney CEO Bob Iger has just announced that we'll finally be getting a 'Toy Story 4' after all, and it has an official release date and everything.

We've got some sad news today as we've learned that Jan Hooks, former star of 'Saturday Night Live,' has passed away at the age of 57. Hooks, who was a member of the cast from 1986 to 1991, also starred on the hit sitcom 'Designing Women,' and more recently played Jenna's mom on episodes of '30 Rock.'

Richard Kiel, the man most famous for playing James Bond villain Jaws in both 'The Spy Who Loved Me' and 'Moonraker,' passed away earlier this afternoon in Fresno, California at the age of 74. He was just a few days away from celebrating his 75th birthday.

Legendary comedian and talk show host Joan Rivers has left the world with a little less laughter today -- the feisty television mainstay known for her hilarious candor and dizzyingly quick wit has sadly passed away at the age of 81, following complications during a surgical procedure.

While it's not a 'Frozen' sequel, fans of Disney's newest animated classic will be delighted to know that you'll definitely be seeing Anna and Elsa in yet another charming adventure -- the studio is planning an all-new animated short film titled 'Frozen Fever,' and you'll be seeing it sooner rather than later.
