Where Is The Justice?

When I look at the news and read the newspapers and see black people being killed on a daily basis and I mean murdered. The quesrion is where is justice? When you look at it the so-called jurors are about as guilty as the the ones who commited the crimes.They sit there day after day with all the evidence and it seems like the verdict is always the same NOT GUILTY. How can you find someone guilty of attempt murder and someone is dead but the killer is not guilty. Again I ask where is justice?
