What No Apology?

Someone please explain to me how and why a man can sit on death row 30years and no evidence? State lacks evidence; well if the state didn’t have evidence why was the man convicted in the first place? Well as you see I have more questions than answers. It is a shame and disgrace for anyone to be convicted and sit on death row for thirty years for a crime they didn’t commit. The man was finally freed after thirty years when all they had to do was TEST the gun. That is a price to pay for being poor. Eventually someone will answer to God.
