Senior Trevor Releford continued to lead the way for Alabama on Tuesday night against Ole Miss. The point guard finished 26 points, including 14 of the team's final 17, but it was the final shot that lifted the Crimson Tide to the victory.

Tied 64-64, Alabama had the ball for the final possession of regulation. Releford gave the ball up with 6 seconds remaining but got it back in time to fire up a 3-pointer just before the buzzer sounded.

With the 20-point performance, Releford eclipsed that scoring mark for the ninth time. More importantly, it prevented Alabama from losing its fifth straight game, which had never happened under head coach Anthony Grant.
