Waffle House is amazing. Any Southerner worth her salt knows that. Those north of the Mason-Dixon line haven't grown up feasting on six dollar All-Star Special breakfasts (bless their hearts), which means they often pass on La Casa de Waffle. How sad is that? All we can do is pray for these people, y'all. Waffle House is delicious. Everyone should experience it at least once--even celebrity chefs. Especially celebrity chefs.

Anthony Bourdain recently learned that Waffle House is TRUTH.

Watch Tony and Sean Brock dine at a South Carolina Waffle House in the video above. They are both quite inebriated and have decided to dine at the WH. My favorite part of the video is when Tony takes a bite of his pecan waffle and says, "This is better than the French Laundry, man."

Tony gets it.

You can watch the full episode of Anthony's CNN Series, Parts Unknown, Sunday at 8 pm; this week's episode is devoted to Charleston, South Carolina.

Waffle House is everything. I LOVE Waffle House. I always have. I always will. We eat at the Waffle House every Sunday morning. It's my family tradition. My daughter loves it so much she drew a picture of the Waffle House at school. She loves WH THAT MUCH.

Waffle House is just the best, people. Where else can you eat like a king for $10 every single day of the year? Everything at Waffle House is delicious. I always get the All-Star Breakfast special with a pecan waffle, fried eggs, and hashbrowns that have been smothered, covered, and chunked. I used to think Waffle House chili was gross, and then I tried it late, LATE one night (I was in college, so you know); I had a chili epiphany. Bert's Chili is doooope. And Waffle House patty melts are delicious. It's all delicious.

Waffle House makes me proud to be an American. I am not even lying about this.

What about you? Do you love the WH? What's your favorite thing to order?
