LSU likely doesn't need any extra motivation when playing No. 1 Alabama, a team it has lost to five straight games, but a couple students might have given them some early Saturday morning.

ESPN's Marty Smith reported during College Gameday that two people jumped the fence at Tiger Stadium around 3AM in the morning and slashed the tiger eye at midfield.

As you can see in the pictures below, there doesn't appear to be much damage, but the grounds crew was working to repaint the logo on Saturday morning.

Smith also said that he saw police report and found out that the two guys involved were Alabama students from the state of Maryland.

As you can imagine, they aren't happy about the news in Baton Rouge.

Alabama fans have seen something similar on a regular basis when the Nick Saban statue gets urinated on or covered in opponent's colors. This is life in the SEC.
