Mark your calendars! Tuscaloosa's One Place will host its annual Tinsel Trail Saturday, November 23, 2015 through Sunday, January 3, 2016.

The Tinsel Trail is a dazzling display of Christmas trees decorated by businesses, organizations and other sponsors from all over West Alabama. Trees are lit from dusk to midnight nightly, and residents are invited to tour the Tinsel Trail.

The trail opens Saturday, November 21, 2015, and the Tinsel Trail's Grand Opening Ceremony will be held Monday, November 23, 2015 at 5 pm. The Grand Opening will feature an official tree lighting ceremony; attendees will be able to do some holiday shopping as well--vendors will be set up inside the Tuscaloosa River Market. Kids won't want to miss the Grand Opening because Santa Claus will be there, too!

Residents can tour the Tinsel Trail beginning Saturday, November 21. Trees are located along the Tuscaloosa River Walk outside of the Tuscaloosa River Market and outside of the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. The trail can be toured during the day; however, trees will only be lit from dusk to midnight nightly. There is no charge to tour the Tinsel Trail.
