Tuscaloosa’s second annual 'Holidays on the River' ice rink and winter village will open Saturday, Nov. 23rd and run through Jan. 5th on the lawn of the Transportation Museum.

The 100-by-60 foot ice skating rink and will include a 14-foot tall, 120-foot long ice slide. The Museum will feature “Expeditions to the North Pole,” an exhibit of the first modes of transportation to complete the journey to the North Pole.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater box office until Wednesday, Nov. 20 when the ice rink box office will open at the Transportation Museum. Tickets can also be purchased online at ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.

General skate admission, including skate rental, is $12 for ages 2-12 and $15 for adults. Ice slide tickets are $10 per person. All-inclusive ticket packages for the ice rink, ice slide, and museum admission, can be purchased for $20 per person.
