Tuscaloosa Police Investigate Hit and Run

According to Tuscaloosa Police, one person has been injured in a hit and run accident involving a bicyclist.

The cyclist is said to have been struck from behind by a black SUV late Friday night at Hargrove and Avalone Ave. A witness told the driver of the SUV then left the scene going eastbound on Hargrove Rd. The bicyclist was treated at DCH with life threatening injuries.
