Tuscaloosa Police were called to an apartment complex on East James Harrison Parkway in Tuscaloosa around 1:30 a.m. Thursday to investigate reports of domestic violence.

When the officers arrived they heard shots being fired by a man inside shooting at a car. There were three people in the car including a 5 year old according to the Tuscaloosa police.

A Tuscaloosa police fired at the man according to Tuscaloosa police. The shot missed however it was enough to make the man drop the gun and run.

The Tuscaloosa police were able track and arrest 29-year-old Quinton Allen Doughty.  Read more here.
