Anna Arsenault is the founder of MomStrong, a yoga instructor, director of the Women of Spartan program, an elite obstacle course racer & trainer, and is a mother of four!

As if that wasn't enough, she also found time to fly to California and take Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge.  A reality show that follows professional wrestler Steve Austin as he invites eight elite athletes to his ranch each week to compete in head-to-head battles until only one is left standing. That man or woman then takes on Steve's personal obstacle course, the Skullbuster, for a chance to win $10,000.

Anna will be one of the featured "elite eight" when the show airs on CMT, Sunday night, February 15th at 7pm.

Now we get to know the woman behind the tough exterior. If you take a glance at her Instagram feed, first thing you'll notice is that it's filled with photographic evidence of just how dedicated and mentally strong one person can be. Not only does she showcase stills from her many ventures into being an elite Spartan Race Ambassador but she also posts pics of she and her four children doing yoga in their kitchen. She is, as her company name implies, MomStong.

When I asked Anna to explain what MomStrong is she responded saying,

It's about linking arms with women all over the world and walking side by side with them as they travel through their individual fitness journeys.

Along with being an influence to the women who follow her MomStrong journey, she's also an influence on anyone looking to better themselves through diet and exercise and most importantly, she's setting a great example of healthy living with her children.
