Harvey Updyke was released from a Lee County jail on Monday sporting a robust mustache and leaving without comment. Updyke has served a total of six months for poisoning the oaks at Toomer's Corner in Auburn.

The conditions of his probation will keep us from seeing that incredible stache for some time. The list includes the following:

  • He can't attend any collegiate sporting events.
  • Can't step foot on Auburn University's campus.
  • Has to abide by a 7 p.m. curfew.
  • No talking with the media.

For a man that once proclaimed to having "too much Bama" in him, it was surprising to see him sport a bright orange shirt with orange bracelets on his wrists. AL.com has a full report and more amazing photos of Updyke.
