The Freaky Friday 8K Run Is Back In Northport – The Day After Halloween

Held annually on the Friday night before Halloween, the Freaky Friday 8K starts and ends at Wintzell's Oyster House on November 1st this year with a start time of 9pm!

Well over 100 runners will participate in this yearly event that benefits the Alabama State Trooper's Association. Racers will travel a few miles worth of road behind Wintzell's before going under the bridge and onto the small river road heading toward the water treatment plant. They'll then turn around and go back the way they came! At total of 5.2 miles worth of cool, darkly lit running.

Packet pick up will take place at Wagner's Run/Walk in Midtown Village Thursday from 5-7p. Online registration is still open.
