Sushi-Making Class Coming to Tuscaloosa Tuesday, March 20, 2018

Everyone loves sushi, and now you can learn how to make this delicious dish at home! A sushi-making class is coming to Tuscaloosa on Tuesday, March 20th!

Birmingham Sushi Class will host an event at Black Warrior Brewing in downtown Tuscaloosa at 6:30 p.m. It's a two-hour class that teaches you how to make the perfect sushi rice and how to safely prepare and serve raw fish. They'll also show you how to make sauces to go with your sushi like Eel Sauce and Bang Bang Sauce. You'll also learn how to shop for the ingredients you need to make sushi at home.

Participants get to take home a "cheat sheet" that's filled with recipes and helpful tips. You get to take home sushi, too! The cost to attend is $40 per person.
