Stranger Grabs Toddler, Runs Into Ocean

Seriously, what is wrong with people? Has the entire world lost it's collective mind?

Angel Esteves is under arrest for allegedly scooping up a toddler from a New York beach and running with him toward the water. Police say Esteves been hanging around the family on Sunday afternoon, when he picked up the child's 18 year-old mother went for a swim. The child's uncle ran after the man and the two struggled until police came over and detained Esteves.

Thankfully, the child nor his uncle were injured, but unfortunately, neither was the Esteves who was later charged with child endangerment.
