Salt Lake City

Well what about Salt Lake City of Utah is the only state where they have a firing squad to execute people that is given the death penalty. The state senate voted 18 to 10 to reinstate the firing squad. Well to me that’s cruel and improper treatment so I suppose to get around this cruel and unusual treatment is not to commit a crime. It’s that plain and simple.
