Tomorrow, we will head to the polls.  Undoubtedly, the jargon used on ballots are foreign to many.

However, with each election, Representative Christopher England (who is also an attorney) provides a rundown of what each amendment means in common, everyday terms.

As stated, England is stating how he's voting.  He is not telling others how they should vote.

At least now, you can go to the polls with a bit more information to make something of an informed decision on these amendments.
