The words of Psalm 150 is not only a beautiful expression of praise, it's also a lesson in praising the Lord. It instructs us where to praise, why we are to praise, how we are to praise, and who should praise.

Where should we praise? In God's sanctuary. Wherever we are is a proper place to praise the Lord.

Why do we praise? First, because of what God does. He performs wonderous acts. Second, because of who God is.

How should we praise? We should do this Loudly, Softly, Soothingly, Enthusiastically, Rhythmically, Boldly, Unexpectedly, and Fearlessly. We can praise God in many ways and on many occasions.

Who should praise? Actually everything that breathes.
