New Red Light Camera Installed

According to Tuscaloosa Police, a new red light camera has been installed at Southbound Lurleen Wallace Blvd and University Blvd.Right now, warning citations are being mailed to the home address of the owner of the car being driven by the violator. That will change on April 1, when normal tickets will begin being issued.  The fine for a red light violation is $110.00.

The accused may review their violation online at www.viewcitation.com and enter the citation number and a PIN provided on the ticket. All instructions for paying the fine will be on the ticket.
