Tuscaloosa Police have arrested 29-year-old Jarvis Hudson, who is accused of shooting at a woman and her 3-year-old child.

Fox 6 reports that the woman, child, and three other people are said to have been walking in an apartment complex in the 200 block of James I. Harrison Parkway Tuesday afternoon when Hudson opened fire. He is said to have chased the woman and the child while firing more shots at them. Judson fled the scene and was found later that day.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

According to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Department, Hudson has been charged with attempted murder.  His bond is set at $40,000.
