Let's run the 3rd Annual Tuscaloosa Half Marathon on March 7th! It just a few weeks away and it benefits a couple of great causes. If you're not up for the half, there are 5K and Fun Run options too.

You'll save money if you register today before the price goes up. Not only does the price go up on February 9th, you'll run the risk of not getting size race shirt that you want.

I'm planning to run this half marathon for a 3rd time. This particular race will always be special to me, as it was the first half that I've ever run. Let me tell you the 'runner's high" of accomplishment you feel after tackling a new challenge like this. If you have never run a race before or it has been awhile, try the 5K. This 3.2 mile course is a great starter to build from and you'll feel great about it!

Here's an added incentive to compete- this is the "Iron Bowl" of races, as Tuscaloosa and Auburn will be competing on the same day. The race with the most finishers will be named the winner! Let's go T-Town and Roll Tide!

Look at the race shirt logo below. Pretty cool, huh?

Plus, the fun doesn't stop after you cross that finish line (presented by Publix and The Tuscaloosa News)!
