During fall camp every year, Alabama head coach Nick Saban brings in inspirational people in the sports industry to talk to the team and share lessons in football and life. A year ago box Dewey Bozella, who was wrongly imprisoned for 26 years, spoke to the team integrity and the will to keep fighting.

This week, Saban brought in ESPN analyst and former NFL head coach Herm Edwards and recently retired NFL star Ray Lewis in to speak. Edwards, who coached the New York Jets from 2001-2005 and the Kansas City Chiefs from 2006-2008, has become one of the more powerful speakers in football. He often counsels young guys and his experience in the game allows him to connect with players like few guys can.

ESPN has posted about eight minutes of his motivational speech to Alabama on YouTube. Although it has been edited a bit, it's still very informative and provides some insight into what the team experienced with Edwards.
