TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama football team continued preparations for Southeastern Conference newcomer Texas A&M with a two hour practice, Tuesday afternoon at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.

“We made some mistakes and had some missed tackles last week that we need to correct,” sophomore defensive back HaHa Clinton-Dix said. “Now we are looking forward to playing Texas A&M this week. We have a tough time this week trying to contain their quarterback. They have some great receivers on their hands so we will have to step up to the plate and go all out.”

The Aggies are 4-2 in their first season in the SEC and are looking to keep their western division title hopes alive on Saturday. Texas A&M has won two straight division games, coming off of victories over Auburn (63-21) and Mississippi State (38-13).

Saturday's game will be nationally televised on CBS at 2:30 p.m., from Bryant-Denny Stadium, with Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson making the call and Tracy Wolfson reporting on the sidelines.
