The 2015 national champions will be well-represented in their home state's Senior Bowl next week. Five Crimson Tide stars have accepted invitations to play in the annual game in front of NFL coaches and scouts.

Butkus Award runner-up Reggie Ragland and defensive lineman Jarran Reed were the latest players to commit to the game. Both guys are projected to go in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

"It's always special to have the Alabama players in our game, especially after they've won a national championship,” said Reese’s Senior Bowl Executive Director Phil Savage. “The five players in this year's Reese's Senior Bowl reflect a team-first attitude and represent major contributions to the offense, defense and special teams."

The South roster will also include Alabama running back Kenyan Drake, quarterback Jake Coker, and defensive back Cyrus Jones. The five total players is the most the school will send to Mobile since 2013.

The 67th Reese’s Senior Bowl is scheduled for January 30, 2016 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile. Kickoff is 90 minutes earlier than usual at 1:30p.m. CT to allow local fans to attend annual Mardi Gras parades that evening in downtown Mobile.
