Budget Approved

The Alabama Legisature finally approved the general fund budget. The approval came after lawmakers broke a seven month stalemate over tax increase and how to handle a two million dollar budget shortfall. The agrement was reached just before the Oct. start of the fisical year. Iam so very glad they got this resolved with so many people and agencys depending on it.It took the regular session and two specialsessions; but it is finally done and sign into law by Governer Bentley.
