Bloody Tuesday

Well folks I can remember just like it was yesterday even though it was fifty years ago when Tuscaloosa police shot tear gas in the First African Bpt. church and beat the marchers with billy clubs because  we wanted the black and white signs taken down in the courthouse.It took bloodshed but they finally came down. Thank God.
