A Missouri couple on the run after a robbery attempt and two abductions in Alabama on Sunday morning is now charged in the Tuscaloosa robbery and kidnapping of a hotel clerk.

U.S. Marshal's Service is offering a $10,000 reward for the capture for Blake Fitzgerald and Brittany Harper.

They are suspects in the home invasion and abduction of a Vestavia Hills woman, an attempted robbery of a McDonald's manager in Hoover and abduction and hotel robbery in Tuscaloosa, , and all within two-hours Sunday morning.

The Tuscaloosa County Homicide Unit today announced theft, kidnapping and robbery charges against Fitzgerald and Harper, both 30. According to police the crime spree began about 6 a.m. when Harper and Fitzgerald stopped at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Tuscaloosa. A 26-year-old hotel employee was abducted from the lobby and forced at gunpoint a blue Volkswagen Jetta.

In Vestavia Hills, Fitzgerald is charged with one count of first-degree kidnapping, one count of first-degree theft of property and one count of first-degree burglary. Harper is charged with first-degree theft of property and one count of first-degree kidnapping. There is a no-bond on all of the charges.
