Five Sex Offenders Arrested in Tuscaloosa in a Week

According to Tuscaloosa Police, five sex offenders have been arrested within a week.

Billy Ray Harris, 54, John Bradley Toney, 41, Jeremy David Smith, 41, Dana Leon James, 29, and David Edward Liles, 36, were arrested on charges varying from failure to register, to ID infractions and reporting a false residency.
